R.J. O'BRIEN & ASSOCIATES, founded 1914, is a financial futures firm offering a  complete range of hedging services to a large, diversified group of clients and customers. R.J. O'Brien's Fixed Income Group has established itself as a leader in the futures and options industry by bringing a personal element coupled with state-of-the-art services.
We provide analytical services, hedging execution and technical/operational support to the firm's institutional accounts, which include banks, dealerships, mutual funds, securitizers, and hedge funds. The Fixed Income Group's most recent product is Hedgebuilder. This proprietary software program was originally designed to lower the hedging costs (by replicating O.T.C. swaps/amortizing swaps) of our current clients. In an effort to meet our customers' requests, the application is rebuilt to specifically address recent accounting mandates (FAS 133).
